Shawn Bereta

Shawn has been here for 22 years now. With his help we have moved our shop
into the 21st century. Shawn and Frank have researched the equipment and
training necessary to work on today's complicated vehicles. Shawn still
attends regular update classes and vehicle specific classes to maintain the high
level of quality that he along with the A1 team strives everyday to achieve.
Shawn has been with me since my first days here at A-1 Auto Tech. He worked with me at the Shell Station when he was about 17. He was just a kid learning. Now Shawn is our Shop Foreman, and has been with me for over 13 years. He is a Certified Master Technician and our drive-ability and electrical expert. Shawn is the best of the best. He strives for perfection and usually achieves it.
He is married to his childhood sweetheart Jennifer and they have 3 beautiful children. I couldn't have done all this without him.

4/29/04 Update:
Shawn is still here and still one of the Best Master
Technicians around. He is our Shop Foreman which means he does all the
problem solving for his jobs as well as quality controls the rest of the
Technicians. Due to changes in our smog legislation last year we had to
update our smog machine to include a dyno and re-certify our Smog Technicians
for Enhanced Area smogs. This process is quite extensive, but of course
Shawn passed with flying colors. He maintains his Certified Master
Technician status along with many other ASE licenses. Below see what
